OBJECTIVE

Revitalize and increase player’s engagement with the core mechanics of a 7 year old game while raising the baseline revenue metrics, by meaningfully evolving the game’s[FarmVille 2] Core Loops.

PLAN

Release independent features into the game, testing out the new mechanics and economy of each of the individual loops to gauge the player’s affinity to them and revenue impact. Use the learnings, quantitative and qualitative feedback data from these features as stepping stones to design the permanent evolution of the base game.

Design and tune fresh mechanics to evolve the permanent crop loop that also blends into the existing economy to increase player’s engagement with it and open new avenues for revenue.

Design and tune fresh mechanics to evolve the permanent animal loop that also blends into the existing economy and solves for the lack of a definitive end present in the existing core animal loop.
